The challenge

Most patients choose a physiotherapist by searching Google Maps or asking on social media. The clinic needed to show up for local searches in Rawalpindi, earn trust before the first visit, and publish health content that is accurate, because Google holds medical content to a higher standard than most topics.

01 · Website & SEO

A clinic website Google understands

We built physiorehabsolution.com on WordPress and set up its technical SEO: MedicalClinic and LocalBusiness schema that passes Google’s Rich Results Test, and FAQ rich-result markup across 52 expert answers on two pages. Before marking up the FAQs, we rewrote the answers that were not medically precise. Accuracy came first.

02 · Google Business Profile

Local search, managed every week

We manage the clinic’s Google Business Profile: an optimised description, regular posts, replies to patient reviews and local SEO settings that connect the profile to the website.

03 · Content engine

Two content tracks, one site

The blog runs on an automated drafting pipeline that prepares SEO-optimised articles for review before anything is published. One track targets patients in Rawalpindi and Islamabad; a second, educational track targets a global audience to grow traffic. AdSense is approved and live on the site.

04 · Social & AI content

One recognisable doctor across every post and reel

We built a consistent AI persona of Dr Iqra Kiran, a full character sheet of expressions and poses, so she looks the same in every visual and video. On top of it we plan, script and produce recurring series such as Tech Neck and Back Pain, using ChatGPT Images, Nano Banana, Google Flow with Veo 3, Kling and Seedance, then edit and finish everything ourselves.
